Facilitator Training One

Well it’s HAPPENING!!!! 

Join us January 27-30th in Austin, Texas for a full three-day live training event where we will teach you the fundamentals of exceptional facilitation - and of course fun and bonding experiences.  

You will get the inside perspective of what makes the four of us (Alexi, Christine, Preston, and Stef) sought out facilitators who lead sold-out retreats and events.

There is NOTHING like live events when it comes to transformation and coaching. As an Elementum Certified Coach, knowing how to be an embodied facilitator will take your service and monetary game to the next level!!

Plus facilitating is so freaking cool. There is nothing like holding space for a room full of people and leading an entire group to breakthroughs.  It will knock your socks off.

But . . . it is not easy.  Great facilitation should appear easy but it requires balancing so many skillsets at once. It takes practice and training, which is why we are offering this retreat! 

At this immersive training some of the things we will teach you include:

• How to open and close a container
• How to hold space for a large group of people and attune to the energy of the room
• How to adapt to the dynamics of a group
• How to keep the attention of the room
• How to balance teaching information with experiential learning
• How to deal with a room full of different personalities with varying traumas and triggers
• How to protect your own energy so you feel energized and not completely drained
• How to clear and cleanse the space you are working in
• How to prepare in terms of balancing content and room for free flow
• How to structure and time events 
• How to coach one person in front of a room full of others so the coaching is actually for everyone

AND SO SO MUCH MORE!!!

We will also have some fun activities planned for you. You will leave not only feeling confident as a facilitator, your connection cup will be overflowing from all the love you will give and receive during this very special retreat. There will be plenty of playtime 🙂
