A Master Coach is a highly trained and experienced coach, who is skillful and knowledgeable in their craft. At Elementum our founders represent our Master Coaches. Christine Hassler, Alexi Panos, Stefanos Stifandos, and Preston Smiles have fifty years of combined training and experience. It is through their own personal journey that they discovered the need to provide novice and expert coaches with a blueprint and education to be unstoppable in any coaching situation. This program will deliver all of the knowledge and experience of our four accomplished Master Coaches.

No you don’t! Elementum will provide you with everything you need to become an embodied, influential coach. It is vital to know that this is an intensive program. Therefore, without any previous knowledge on coaching it might require more attention to learn the language and get familiar with the concepts. We recognize that everyone learns differently and have created an educational program that speaks to the visual, auditory, kinesthetic and mixed learning styles.

YES, Absolutely! It is important that you take into account the way that you learn the best. If you tend to be hands on and kinesthetic in nature it might be vital for you to live on the calls, which may go into your work day depending on where you live.

Throughout the program you will receive curriculum via access to a comprehensive workbook, instructional calls, and content recordings.You will be assessed through quizzes, open ended questions, demonstration of your coaching (submitted via recorded video) and a certification exam. We will provide you with all the material and curriculum necessary to be successful. Assuming you have completed all the material, taken, and passed the certification exam with an 80% pass rate, you will be fully certified at the end of the program.

Yes, you can watch the replay. If you are not on the calls live you will miss the interactive aspect of the program, but will still be able to garner all the material. Watching the recording sessions will still count toward your certification.

We will work with you on a case by case basis and know that this program is comprehensive and will require your attention in order to receive certification.

At Elementum Coaching Institute our coaching model is built on the approach that  if you change your paradigm, you change your life. We institute this model through an inclusive framework which supports the whole human experience. This is taught through a five phase system, in which we take you through your relation to the past, body, thoughts and emotions, other, and then to life itself. Our ethos is founded on the idea that a successful coach is one who is fully embodied. In order to be embodied a coach must recognize and reiterate that you can't take your client where you haven’t been or been willing to go. We will not only ask you to evaluate those five phases for yourself, but we will aid you in developing the holistic framework to guide your clients in creating personal success.

Yes! You will be learning our entire arsenal of strategies, tools, and techniques that we use with our private coaching clients. We will provide you with a framework that can be used to confidently take your clients through in order to guide them in becoming the best version of themselves.

You will have many avenues of support. You will receive support from your peers, the staff, and the Master Coaches. You will receive recorded content that will be coupled with content calls with time for Q+As along with calls designed for hands-on training with direct feedback. In addition to the teaching and training calls, you will have regular bi-monthly calls with your trios, where you will have the opportunity to practice what you are learning.

YES! You will continue to be able to tap into the community of fellow students, have access to all of the curriculum (including any updates), along with opportunities to connect with the Master Coaches on ‘Graduate Only’ Elementum calls.

One or more of the Master Coaches will be present during the weekly calls. In addition, there will be bi-monthly Q+A call with one of the Master Coaches. Overall, there will be more than 80 hours of opportunity for you to learn, grow, and interact with the Master Coaches.

The average weekly commitment is 8-10 hours weekly.

We are combining four Master Coaches experiences and training into one institute. We are taking a truly holistic approach tapping into every system of the body. We will provide coaching tools that address the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of a person. This will include training on somatics, personality patterns, sexuality, and conflict resolution. Instead of learning from one “guru” or one system, you are getting over 50 years of combined coaching and life experience in this training!

Upon completion of the program and the exam at an 80% pass rate, you will be an Elementum Certified Coach. You will receive a Certificate and a Badge to place on your website/personal marketing.

Due to the immense hands-on training, this seven month program will open once a year for enrollment.

Yes, and we encourage you to commit to making the calls live as much as possible.

Calls will be held Mondays & Thursdays from 2pm-3:30pm US Central. There may be some additional calls throughout the seven months, however these time slots will be fairly consistent.

Enrollment fee is refundable up to 60 days before program start date. Once the program begins, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
